Affiliate Terms

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The deal

You share your BetterSocials link. When someone signs up through it and becomes a paying customer, you earn 30% of every subscription payment they make, for as long as they keep paying. There is no 12-month cut-off and no cap. Every plan counts, including Founding. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding tax, and only on subscription payments. One-time credit pack purchases do not earn commission.

When a customer stops paying, your commission on them stops too. Upgrades and downgrades adjust automatically because commission is computed from each real invoice.

Who can join

You need to be 18 or older and hold a BetterSocials account in good standing. One affiliate account per person. Before we can pay you, you finish payout setup with Stripe, which verifies your identity and collects your bank details. These terms sit on top of our regular Terms of Service.

How referrals are counted

  • Your link stores a cookie for 60 days. If someone clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent click gets the credit.
  • Only new accounts count. Existing accounts and reactivations never re-attribute.
  • A referral becomes final when the customer makes their first paid payment and our checks confirm it is a genuine, independent signup.
  • You can change your link once every 30 days. Old links keep working and keep counting as yours.

Getting paid

  • Each commission unlocks 30 days after the payment that earned it. That window matches our customer refund policy: if the payment is refunded or disputed inside it, the commission is removed.
  • Payouts run monthly once your unlocked balance passes $50, after a manual review, and land in the bank account you connected at Stripe.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed after we already paid you commission on it, we deduct that amount from your future payouts.
  • Stripe handles identity verification, bank details, and tax paperwork, including 1099 forms where required. We never see or store your bank information.

Say that you earn from it

Every time you promote BetterSocials, tell people you get paid if they sign up. That is not us being cautious, it is the law: the FTC requires anyone with a financial connection to a product to disclose it clearly, and the company being promoted is on the hook when its affiliates do not. So this one is not optional.

What works: “affiliate link” or “I earn a commission” in the post itself, before the link, in the same language and roughly the same size as everything else. Video and audio need it out loud or on screen, not only in the description. What does not work: burying it below a “more” cut, dropping it in a wall of hashtags, putting it on a separate page, or relying on the word “#ad” alone in a caption nobody expands.

Two more, for the same reason. Do not make income claims: no “this made me $10k a month” and no implying a typical customer earns anything, unless it happened to you and you can show it. And only say what BetterSocials actually does today. If you are unsure whether a claim is true, ask us and we will tell you straight.

What gets you removed

These end your participation and forfeit unpaid commissions:

  • Self-referrals of any kind: referring yourself, your own workspace, accounts you control, or signups paid with your own card.
  • Bidding on BetterSocials or our brand terms in paid search, or impersonating BetterSocials in ads, domains, or handles.
  • Spam: unsolicited DMs, comment blasts, or anything that violates platform rules.
  • Misleading promotion: fake earnings claims, invented endorsements, or promising features BetterSocials does not have.
  • Paying people to sign up, including cash-back, rebates, or splitting your commission with the person you refer.

Patterns of refunds and chargebacks across your referrals count as evidence. We may pause your payouts while we look into unusual activity; if the review clears, payouts resume and nothing is lost.

The boring but important parts

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agency, or partner of REmomentum LLC. You cannot make commitments on our behalf.
  • We may change commission rates or these terms for future referrals with notice. Commissions already earned under the old terms are honored.
  • Either of us can end your participation at any time. If you leave in good standing, we pay out your remaining unlocked balance above the minimum on the next monthly run.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes on affiliate income.
