LinkedIn is two different things, and the LinkedIn API treats them very differently. Connect a Company Page and its comments land in your BetterSocials inbox with a reply drafted in your voice. This guide says exactly what each one does, so you can pick the right one before you connect.

It only shows an app the posts that app published, so anything you post in the LinkedIn app itself never appears in your analytics here. It does not expose a member's comments at all, so nothing from your personal profile can reach the inbox, and keywords have nothing to fire on.

Why there are no LinkedIn DMs, anywhere
LinkedIn blocks third-party access to messaging. That covers Company Pages, which have no messaging of their own, and personal profiles, which do. LinkedIn DMs are not available in BetterSocials on any plan right now, and if that changes you will read it here first.
Which one should you connect?

- You want both: connect both. They count as two accounts on your plan.
Does ManyChat work with LinkedIn?
No. ManyChat's own pricing FAQ lists its full channel set as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, and email (manychat.com/pricing, checked July 2026), and LinkedIn is not on it.
