The TikTok rules every tool here works under

TikTok sets the same limits for BetterSocials, Agorapulse, Metricool and every other tool on this list. A TikTok comment can't fire a private DM on any tool outside TikTok's limited rollout in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. So a keyword on TikTok posts a public reply with your link.

TikTok DMs are reply-only, because TikTok never lets any tool start a DM. An app gets at most 10 replies within 48 hours of the person's last message, each one text up to 6,000 characters or one image, never both. The account has to be a TikTok Business account.

TikTok only lets apps answer DMs for accounts outside the UK and Europe. Instagram adds its own limit: a business can reply to a DM through an app only within 24 hours of the person's last message.
