We kept a tool only if one of its plans includes unlimited users with no charge per extra person. On October 16, 2026 we read the pricing pages of 17 social media tools and wrote down each seat rule. Tools that charge per user or per seat, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Agorapulse, stayed off the list.
Every price below comes from the vendor's own page, with the billing period beside it. A yearly rate is the per-month figure shown when annual billing is selected.
We also noted what each inbox covers, beside the price. An inbox is the screen where comments and DMs from your accounts arrive for a reply. BetterSocials is our product, and we held it to the same rules.

One inbox holds comments from six platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn Company Pages. DMs from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok land in the same place, sorted into Needs reply and Replied. Sendible and Agorapulse also put comments and DMs in one inbox.
