Best for: multi-step DM flows across Instagram, TikTok, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram and email.

ManyChat's flow builder runs multi-step sequences with conditions, follow-ups and integrations. If your funnel lives on WhatsApp or SMS, or needs more than one message, that depth is what you pay for. Billing counts active contacts each month, and every contact past the plan's allowance costs extra.

As of October 2026, ManyChat Pro is $39 a month, or $29 billed yearly, with 2,500 active contacts and AI included. Each extra contact on monthly Pro costs $0.05. So a Pro account that reaches 4,000 people in a month pays $39 plus $0.05 for each contact past 2,500, which comes to $114.

CreatorFlow's price stays the same whether you have 500 followers or 500,000. ManyChat's free plan covers 25 active contacts, and Essential is $17 a month, or $14 billed yearly, for 250, as of September 2026. ManyChat lists every tier on its pricing page.

InstantDM, for deeper Instagram automation

Best for: Instagram automation with follow gates, DM sequences and a visual flow editor.

InstantDM runs comment-to-DM on posts and Reels on every plan, and its paid plans add story reply, DM keyword and Instagram Live comment triggers.
