CreatorFlow is Instagram only, as of September 2026, and it sends template replies with no AI replies. Its core job is comment-to-DM, which means a keyword in a comment, such as GUIDE, sends that person a private message with your link.

BetterSocials costs more and covers six platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn Company Pages. Both trials need a card. CreatorFlow gives 14 days on Pro and Growth, and BetterSocials gives 7 days plus a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid charge. Does CreatorFlow reach TikTok and YouTube comments?

CreatorFlow is Instagram only, as of September 2026. Its plans cover Instagram comment-to-DM triggers, story reply automation and unlimited keyword triggers.

BetterSocials connects six platforms, and the keyword does a different job on each. On Instagram and Facebook, a keyword comment sends a private DM with your link and posts a public reply under the comment. On TikTok, YouTube, Threads and LinkedIn Company Pages, the keyword posts a public reply with the link instead.

The platforms set that split. YouTube has no DM API for any tool, and a TikTok comment can't fire a private DM on any tool outside TikTok's limited rollout in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. TikTok DMs that people send you can still be answered, up to 10 replies within 48 hours of their last message, on a TikTok Business account outside the UK and Europe.

This matters for social search. If people find you by searching TikTok or YouTube, the questions they leave under your videos are buying signals too. How many DMs each plan sends in a month

CreatorFlow caps automated DMs per workspace each month: 500 on Free, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Growth. CreatorFlow's pricing is flat, with no per-contact fees and unlimited automations on every plan.

BetterSocials has no monthly DM cap on any plan. Contacts, DMs, comments and keyword automations are unlimited, and nothing is billed per contact. What BetterSocials meters is AI writing, through credits.

What AI replies cost on each tool

BetterSocials includes AI replies on every plan, so you don't need your own OpenAI API key. The AI drafts replies to comments and DMs in your voice, from a voice profile built on your past replies. It also follows your AI rules, which are plain sentences you write, such as your prices, hours and booking link.

Each AI reply or draft uses one credit: 1,000 a month on Creator, 2,000 on Pro and 4,000 shared on Team. When credits run out, the AI pauses and never bills more on its own.

BetterSocials gives comments and DMs three settings each: Off, Draft for me and Reply in my voice. When CreatorFlow is the better buy
