ManyChat is best for WhatsApp, Telegram and SMS flows built in a flow builder. It works on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and email, and there is no YouTube channel anywhere in it.

On TikTok, ManyChat automates DMs from three triggers: a message, a link click or a QR scan. Its TikTok comment trigger is a limited rollout in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. TikTok's DM API is closed to accounts registered in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK.

ManyChat bills by active contacts. Pro is $39 a month with 2,500 active contacts, or $29 billed yearly, as of October 2026, and each extra contact costs $0.05 on monthly billing. A Pro account that reaches 4,000 people in a month pays $39 plus $0.05 for each contact past 2,500, or $114.
