How to delete your BetterSocials account

You can delete your BetterSocials account yourself at any time, on the website or in the BetterSocials phone app. It takes about a minute.
Delete it yourself
- 1Sign in at bettersocials.ai, or open the BetterSocials app on your phone.
- 2Go to Settings, then Account.
- 3Under Your data, tap Delete account.
- 4Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the box, then tap Delete permanently.
Want a copy first? Tap Export on the same screen before you delete. You get your inbox, contacts, keywords, posts and settings in one file.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account cancels your subscription, disconnects every social account you connected, and deletes your workspace: messages, comments, contacts, keywords, posts and settings. You can’t undo it. Everything is gone from our systems within 30 days.
The law makes us keep two small records after that: billing records for tax, and the record that you agreed to our terms. That record holds the document version, the date and a one-way hash of your email. It doesn’t hold your name. Security and error logs roll off within 90 days.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@bettersocials.ai from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Deleting your account cancels your subscription right away, so you will not be charged again.
Can I get my account back after I delete it?+
No. Deletion cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data, tap Export on the same Settings screen before you delete.
How long until my data is gone?+
Your account and workspace data are deleted within 30 days. Billing records and the record that you agreed to our terms stay because the law requires them.
