BetterReply is now BetterSocials. The name and the address changed and nothing else did: your login works, your plan costs the same, your connected accounts stay connected, and every betterreply.com link redirects here for good. There is nothing you need to do.
Why we changed the name
We named this product for the thing it did first: answering your comments and DMs. Then it kept growing. Today it posts to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn from one place, edits your videos with a free AI editor, turns keyword comments into DMs, and shows you which posts actually bring people in. It still answers every reply in your voice. That went from the whole product to one tool of five.
A name that says "reply" undersells the other four. BetterSocials says what this has become: the place you run your socials from, start to finish.
What changes
- The name: BetterReply is now BetterSocials.
- The address: bettersocials.ai. Every betterreply.com page redirects to the same page here, permanently, so old links, bookmarks, and DMs keep working.
- The wordmark in the corner of your dashboard.
What stays exactly the same
- Your login, workspace, plan, and price.
- Your connected accounts, keywords, scheduled posts, and inbox history.
- The logo mark and colors.
- API keys and MCP connections. Nothing to reissue, nothing to reconnect.
- The team. Still us.
If you use the API or an AI connector
The API base URL is now bettersocials.ai, and the docs at bettersocials.ai/developers reflect it. The old betterreply.com API endpoints keep serving forever, so existing keys, webhooks, and MCP setups keep working without a change. Point new integrations at the new domain.
What this sets up
The rename clears the runway for what we are building next. More of the product now sits outside the inbox than inside it, and the roadmap leans further that way. One name that covers the whole thing means we can ship those pieces without explaining why a "reply" tool edits video.
If you spot a page, an email, or a screenshot that still says BetterReply, that is just paint we have not rolled over yet. It is all one product, and both names are us.
