How much does ManyChat cost for Instagram in 2026?

ManyChat bills by active contacts, meaning the people your account talks to in a month. The table shows its plans as of September 2026 for accounts created on or after March 2, 2026. Yearly prices are shown as a monthly rate, and extra contacts are priced on monthly billing.

ManyChat charges overage per extra contact every month, even on annual plans. So a Pro account ($39 a month, 2,500 active contacts included) that reaches 4,000 people in a month pays $39 + 1,500 x $0.05 = $114. The free plan holds 25 contacts.

Can Meta Business Suite assign Instagram conversations to your team?

Meta Business Suite lets you assign Inbox conversations to the people who help manage your messages, across Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook comments and Instagram comments. Each person needs Facebook access to the Page or task access to Messages, per Meta's help page on assigning conversations (read October 2026).

Only people with full control of a business portfolio can add people, and new people get basic access by default. Partial access covers tasks such as creating content, managing ads and responding to messages.

Meta Business Suite's automations send fixed templates you write. They don't draft replies in your voice. Each keyword automation holds at most 5 keywords or phrases, and matching is case-sensitive. A keyword reply waits 15 minutes before it sends, unless you reply first. You set up comment-to-message on desktop only, and it covers only Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts (Meta's help pages, checked July 2026).

If every location is on Instagram and Facebook and a template answers most DMs, Meta Business Suite is the cheapest answer. Pay for a tool when you want replies drafted in your voice, or TikTok and YouTube in the same inbox.

What does Meta's messaging policy let a DM tool automate?

Meta built an approved API so tools such as BetterSocials and ManyChat can answer comments and DMs for you, and it publishes rate limits for them. You connect on Meta's own permission screen, and the tool never sees your password. If a tool asks for your password, it logs in as you, and your account takes the penalty.
